La diputada por el Partido Verde Ecologista de México, Martha Ortega, declaró que es importante prohibir el uso de pirotecnia. La semana pasada presentó una iniciativa para hacer reformas, con el objetivo de la detonación de pirotecnia.
Martha comentó que los “cohetes” generan daños principalmente en los menores de edad que presentan un cuadro de espectro autista. También busca contribuir a que los perros no sufran daños derivados de la denotación, pues sus oídos captaron altos niveles de ruido.
Además, recordó que hay lugares donde se almacenan y se oferta pirotecnia sin permiso de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional, dependencia encargada de regular su uso y venta.
Al finalizar agregó que se debe aprobar la iniciativa y que la Dirección General de Protección Civil del Estado tendrá que supervisar los recintos, y garantizar que se cuenten con un permiso.
“No estamos en contra de la cultura, de las tradiciones, de lo religioso, simplemente proteger en áreas habitacionales a estas personas, niños, el medio ambiente y los animales también” mencionó Martha.
